Now that I thought about it, Guda in cannon might fight really well without servant. Although I imagine it would be pretty defensive. Yagyuu voicline suggest that he taught them about Katana. There's Scatch and Chiron with Spartan training. Waver with basic magic theory. Also some hint on Rune from Scandinavian and CasCu. Ninjutsu from Kotaro. Hell, send them out on the wild alone and they might survive that too with wild life training from Gernomino, Cu and many other.

yes! i think yan qing's valentine scene pretty much encapsulates the servants thoughts which is that they want guda to be safe after they leave. everyone would do what they can

i have some ideas on what else they might learn:

i think the round table would teach them how to properly use a sword, like how artoria trained with shirou in f/sn

they could spar with martha and quetz

d'eon would teach them how to fence

robin would help with survival like how to recognize dangerous plants

billy would teach them how to shoot a gun and make bullets

guda seems like a jack of all trades type too haha
